DESCRIPTION:\nKünstliche Intelligenz kann heute schon fast alles\, was wir
  Menschen auch können: Texte schreiben\, Bilder malen\, Auto fahren\, Tel
 efongespräche führen – und leider auch: Menschen ausgrenzen und diskri
 minieren. Das ist ein großes Problem\, denn eigentlich soll KI uns doch d
 abei helfen\, unsere Gesellschaft zu verbessern und sie nicht noch ungerec
 hter machen! Im Workshop schauen wir uns genauer an\, was Künstliche Inte
 lligenz eigentlich genau bedeutet\, wie vielfältig die Einsatzbereiche vo
 n KI in unserer Gesellschaft sind\, an welchen Stellen und warum Menschen 
 dadurch benachteiligt werden und was man dagegen tun kann.\n\nGeleitet wir
 d der Workshop von Susanne Rentsch\, welche nach ihrem Lehramtsstudium der
  Fächer Mathematik und Gemeinschaftskunde seit 2020 als wissenschaftliche
  Mitarbeiterin an der Professur für Didaktik der Politischen Bildung der 
 TU Dresden tätig ist. Als Promotionsstipendiatin im Schaufler Lab@TU Dres
 den arbeitet sie schwerpunktmäßig zu Künstlicher Intelligenz und Diskri
 minierung aus politikdidaktischer Perspektive.\n\nDer Workshop wird für J

 rtificial intelligence can already do almost everything that we humans can
  do: Writing texts\, painting pictures\, driving cars\, making phone calls
  – and unfortunately also: excluding and discriminating against people. 
 This is a big problem\, because AI is supposed to help us improve our soci
 ety\, not make it more unjust! In the workshop\, we will take a closer loo
 k at what artificial intelligence actually means\, how diverse the areas o
 f application of AI are in our society\, where and why people are disadvan
 taged by it\, and what can be done about it.\n\nThe workshop will be led b
 y Susanne Rentsch\, who\, after completing her teaching degree in mathemat
 ics and social studies\, has been working as a research assistant at the C
 hair for Didactics of Civic Education at the TU Dresden since 2020. As a d
 octoral fellow at the Schaufler Lab@TU Dresden\, she focuses on artificial
  intelligence and discrimination from a political didactics perspective.\n
