Der dritte Rhythms of Resistance im Pott (kurz: RoR Pott) Tresen im Nordpol.
Am Samstag, 13.4., veranstalten wir, Rhythms of Resistance im Pott (kurz: RoR Pott), unseren dritten Tresen im Nordpol.
RoR ist ein internationales Netzwerk von politischen Trommelgruppen. Mittels Tactical Frivolity und vom Samba inspirierten Rhythmen machen wir uns auf Demos und bei Aktionen laut für soziale und ökologische Gerechtigkeit.
Pink und Silber sind unsere Farben - und so wird’s auch aussehen und klingen!
Mit ausgewählter Musik, Videos und Deko sowie Stickers und mehr gegen Spende geht es los ab 20 Uhr.
Die Spenden des Abends gehen in die Bandkasse, aus der unsere Gruppe die Kosten für das nächste transnationale RoR-Treffen bezuschussen will, u.a. Unterstützung zu Reisekosten für Gruppen aus Osteuropa sowie Kosten für Unterkunft und Verpflegung aller Teilnehmenden.
Der Veranstaltungsraum ist nicht barrierefrei (Stufe am Eingang, enge Tür).

On Saturday, 13th April, we, "Rhythms of Resistance im Pott" (short: RoR Pott), will host our third Tresen at Nordpol.
RoR is an international network of political drumming groups. Through tactical frivolity and rhythms inspired by samba, we make noise for social and ecological justice at demonstrations and other actions.
Pink and silver are our coulours and that's what the evening will look and sound like!
The RoR-Tresen starts at 8 p.m. with selected music, videos and decorations. There will also be stickers and more for donations.
The donations will be spent on the next transnational RoR meeting, e.g. to help cover Eastern European groups' travel costs and to pay for accomodation and catering for all participants.
The venue is not wholly accessible for people with mobility problems (steps at the entrance, narrow doorway).
